"Fitness is my passion; training is my vocation. I want my clients to view personal training as an investment in a lifestyle change, and not as a short-term solution. My goal is to create an environment in which my clients become fit, strong, flexible, well-balanced athletes who genuinely look forward to and enjoy their time in the gym.
I treat every client as an individual, having specific goals pertaining to their own health and wellness. My job is to create a program designed to allow my clients to reach their specific goals in an efficient manner. Furthermore, by utilizing diverse training methods and creating an environment of constant change, my training technique maximizes physical development, but also makes for a more enjoyable fitness experience."
